1) Log into the webinterface
2) Go to Management (Top Button Menu)
3) Go to Application Management (Top Icon Menu)
4) Go to NFS Service (Left Side Menu)
5) Click "Enable" and afterwards click on "Save Settings". Wait until the settings are saved and click on Yes in the Popup.
6) Go to Account Management (Top Icon Menu)
7) Go to Network Shares (Left Side Menu)
8) Click on the Share you want to enable NFS for (Share Name and Path text color changes to red)
9) Click on Modify
10) Welcome: Click on Next
11) Step 1 Assign Access Rights: Click on Next
12) Step 2 Shared Folder Access Rights: Click on Next
13) Step 2 Network Share Settings: Click on Next
14) Step 2-1: Check the NFS checkbox and afterwards click on Next
15) Step 2-1-2: In the Host field input the IP addresses seperated by a comma which are allowed to access the Share. Input * for all IP addresses. Check the "Root Squash" checkbox if you want to revoke write access to already present files the users normally could access. Check the "Write" checkbox if you want to allow users to have write access. If you are done click on Next.*
16) Click on Finish and wait until the settings are saved.
17) Done

* From the manual:
  • "Root Squash - Disables writing to the Root owned directories and files on the system when the user has root access privileges."
  • "Write - provide write permission to the file system."

I'm monitoring this thread so if there are questions please just reply to this topic and i'll answer them.
