[Record on Motion] Frame Interval?
« on: January 30, 2013, 07:58:34 AM »

Hello,

Thanks in advance for the feedback.

When setting up Record on Motion below sensitivity there is a "Frame Interval" option which range from 1 to 6, what this means? How many FPS when the recording is triggered because of motion? Other?

Thanks

Any help with this? Does any user of D-ViewCam actually uses this?

Thanks

D-Link Support replied the following in case someone has the same question:

Quote
Meaning of the frame interval setting under record on motion. If you use a zero Image Interval, then in a multi-frame capture the next frame starts as soon as the readout of the previous frame completes. The trade is slightly lower maximum continuous framerate for reduced likelihood of jitter in the exposure period when the range is set to 1 while on other hand when the range is set to 6 there is a likelihood of more jitter while having a higher maximum continous framerate..
