Do a factory reset, send the FW file, factory reset once more then setup from scratch.

I downgraded to 2.3 today. So far no issues.

I connected my modem directly to my computer and tested it. Didn't face any issues with that. So yesterday i downgraded to v2.03 and so far no issues. will keep u posted if anything happens.

I have attempted to reproduce this on my 655 using v2.10. My 655 works well save the constant LED activity seen on the router for 10 minutes then stops and behaves normally after that. I have forwarded that on to D-Link. Your issue could be ISP HW/Service and v2.10 compatibility related since v2.03 is working.

I recommend that you phone contact D-Linik support as this seems be an isolated issue. Ask for level 2 or higher support.
