DFL-260E LDAP to AD

I have am using Active Directory for User Authentication for an SSL VPN.  When I attempt to logon from a client, i get "Authentication Failed" "Verify that the right username and password is used, and that the user may log on."  In the Log searching for USERAUTH the entry says: "ldap_user_authentication_successful".  

Why if the ldap_user_authentication is successful does the SSL VPN show Authentication Failed.

In the LOG under PPP i see "authentication_failed ppp_terminated"

clavister forums have examples of ldap authentication, can be useful
