Cant access my 320L from the mydlink android app.

I have been trying for a month or to get the Mydlink app on my android devices to connect to my 2 DNS-320L NAS drives. It does connect to my DCS-932L IP cam without any problem. 

Mydlink website shows I have 2 DNS-320L but when I click on either one it says this deivice model is not in the supported list of mydlink apps so far.

I have emailed Dlink support and they have got back to me and told me to undate the firmware to ver. 1.02 which it was and then to install mydlink access nas app which I have. The mydlink access nas app says that no devices are found please add on mydlink web site. As I mentioned above mdlink website says I have 2 320l.Has anybody any Idea what my problem is and how I get the mydlink apps on my mobile
devices to access my drives.

Any help would be apreciated.

There are a few different apps available check the stickied posts above to ensure you have the correct app installed
