WBR-2310 LAN ports just stop working

I use the Wireless for my Nintendo Wii and that seems to be working just fine. But i am having problems with the LAN posts. Every 2 or 3 days out of the blue i have no connection. the lights are working on the rounter but in order to get acceess i need to power off the router for like 2-3 mins then plug it back and wit a few mins then open FF or IE and then i am working again for a few days
