You'll need to add it manually by IP address.  In the Camera tab use "Insert" add the IP, admin password, and model. I have to add all of my camera's in this way.

You'll find that most of the configuration and setup software doesn't work like it should.  Lots of manual setup and config to do with both the setup software and DviewCam.
