D-ViewCam 3.6.0 w/Device Pk 1.5.3
« on: January 03, 2014, 07:36:14 PM »

I am unable to locate any info on this forum concerning D-ViewCam ver. 3.6.0 w/Device Pk 1.5.3

Problem - I am using Internet Explorer 11 and every time I attempt to view internally on a network PC with this browser I receive this message
"Your current browser does not support Remote Live Viewer/Remote Playback service. Please try again with Internet Explorer 6.0 or above."
Additionally, I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari. I can view the cameras live on Chrome and Safari only. (No play back option) Firefox responds with the same msg as IE 11.

Questions:
Do I have to download another IE previous to 11?

Does anyone know of any versions of IE that actually work?

All the Best,

Jackel

So, I've installed the D-ViewCam 3.6.0 w/DevicePack 1.5.3 and out of my 4 DCS-930L Camera's it connects to all 4 of them, but only seems to let 2 at a time connect, if one disconects, then when one of the cameras that was offline will come online. And then sometimes they all go offline/disconnect and it's really like not what I want. How am I supposed to use this software if it can't monitor and record all 4 cameras at the sametime. I was previously using iSpy with no problems. So since this is my first time using the SW I'm just not sure if it's this new release or what. Can someone please help with some troubleshooting on this.
