Support download is nto working.

I wanted to download the easy serch utility for this product, folloing support URL is not work.

Most of the time it says "This page cannot be displayed".. in the rare chance that it gets to downloading, it says "This File could not be downloaded".

As far as I can tell, there is no problem with the D-Link end, there might be a problem on your side, or possibly somewhere in between.

Thank you. I download the file, but when I open it, it is not finding my drive. I can see it using ip address but it is not showing up in the program. Maybe I will close this tread and post it on different thread?

In truth, you don't need the Easy Search Utility to map your DNS-323 volume in Windows. You can create a manual network map. Right-click in My Computer and select Map Network Drive. Next select a free drive letter and enter \\192.168.x.y\Volume_1 where "192.168.x.y" is replaced with your DNS-323 IP address.

If you have more than one volume, then repeat the above procedure with a different drive letter and "Volume_2".
