DCS-900W and 2wire Home Portal 1000W

My equipment is an ip camera DCS-900W and a all in one 2wire home portal 1000W DSL modem/router.

The camera connects fine using the RJ45 and is veiwable through the internet "finally". However, the router does not recognize the camera when trying to connect wirelessly. I have entered the wep code correctly, even shut down the wep with negative results. Does anyone have any experience with this, or know if the 2wire is simply non compatible with the camera?
