FTP Server Unresponsive

Hello.  I just installed the beta upgrade (1.03b7) and all is working well, except that my recently installed FTP server is non responsive.  Further, while it shows started, the stop FTP server is grayed out and so I can't stop and restart it.

Scratch that.  I was running a scan and it apparently took it off line.  When it was done and rebooted, then it was fine.  It is working very well.
