Pings maybe due to others being online?  Do you see the same ping spikes with the other devices?

Gaming will be always interesting since there is a lot going on when gaming...

Well, get the cable in if you can.

Let us know how it goes...new FW is on the horizon too.  ;)

I get stupid high pings just to the router from a wired desktop if I use WPA and coexistant.. it goes up into 1000+ ms.    If I use WPA2 and turn off coexist I have a constant 1ms to the router.

The devs really need to look into that..

What modes are you using with WPA and WPA2? Co-existence is only needed on Single G and Mixed G and N modes. Single mode N you can disable Co-existence....
