Interesting new symptom (for me at least) for the every 2-3 day power recycle requirement.
Initially my v1.20 router would just lock up with no access to anything thereby requiring the power recycle to reagin functionality. The last several events have had a different symptom...I lose access to the interent, but retain access to the LAN. I can log onto the router configuration page, but eveytime I do it comes up with the "measureing link speed...wait a few screen" and eventually refreshes the router log on screen. Logging on to the router again produces the same message and effect. A power recycle fixes it all. Hope this might provide a clue to the problem in the firmware....
On another note......
I think we all need to be patient. When you have a problem that according to some posts takes up to a week or more to exhibit itself, even when you think you have a fix you must run it a long time under varied operating conditions to be sure your fix is viable. If it fails then you start over with more development time and even more testing time. I believe a permanent fix will eventually be found. At least we can keep operating with the power recycle workaround as irritating as that is.
