Just played Destiny on 2 xbox ones all weekend without issue.
I have not had it crash on me. In fact I had it up for 15 days without issue for a bit. I do like to restart is every few days to get the gunk out, if you know what I mean.
Priorities are still messed up, I have found that the entries with the full MAC addresses are the ones that you need to worry about. The priorities do reset after a reboot also, which is annoying.
My problem is more with the QoS. I feel that something is just not quite right with it, but I can't put my finger on it. If Furry is right and Qualcomm is working on it, then that should get ironed out soon.
I did a fresh install with the 30/30/30 (I know Furry

) and just set my dhcp network and reservations, that was just about it. I do have the 5.0 turned off. DDns running and no filters rules. I do have SPI turned off in the firewall (not sure if that was default or not).
If you need to know about another setting, let me know.
