I am collecting information regarding issues with certain DCS-5222L cameras and the mydlink Lite app. If you are seeing a "Connection timed out" message on the mydlink Lite app, please respond here with the following particulars.
1) Device model number and Hardware version number (H/W). This found on box or label on the back of camera. Some cameras may even display it as an overlay through the live view.
2) The model of the mobile device and its OS version number.
3) The version and build of the mydlink Lite App that is showing the Connection time out message. This can be found in the About section on the app.
4) Optional: The mydlink no. Found on the label or underneath the icon of the camera after you login to mydlink.com
5) Approximate time it takes for the connection to time out from the moment you select your camera after opening the app.
So for example, please reply with:
