SlimHow do you have QoS or Port Forwarding set up?
Port Forwarding with ports 53,80,88,1863 and 3074 via setup configs recommended by http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DIR-815/Xbox_Live_360.htmAs a side note he's called Microsoft to see if they are having any issues with Xbox Live services in his area (which they are not) and they walked him through a few steps they thought would work and they didn't work. They told him that this could be a third party issue and to contact the company he is having match making issues with, which is hard to believe since as of two days ago he can't play any games now without getting kicked from Xbox Live completely. He's never had these issues until now.
Also UPnP is checked as enabled as well as the Firewall setting set for UPD Filtering to End Point to End Point checked and the same for TCP Filtering.
