The IT person did this when he changed out the old access points and said that he would be changing it back to the public IP I mentioned in an older post.  The IT person hasn't been in for my friend to talk to, so until the IT person is around I'm stuck.  I will let you know ASAP!! 

I felt dumb when you pointed out the obvious because I had the same issue a while back when TWC changed out my cable modem in my house for the WiFi/Cable Modem (which I no longer have.)  Never again will I go with anything TWC related.

Ok, no problem. Ya, I like to BYOM if ISPs will allow it. AIO modems are good for mom and pop users who don't need specialized configurations or for those that can't. For us who game and so more things, stand alone modems are the way to go.  ;D

Keep us posted. Hope the change will be all thats needed.  ;)
