My dead 320L after official update
« on: December 20, 2014, 10:46:01 AM »

Hi friends,

After upgrading the firmware on my 320L he just died, does not see more my hard drives and the power light flashes intermittently. :o

Does anyone have any help? I've tried everything I can as factory reset, reversing the hard drives, use a new HD and... nothing.

The firmware used was the 1.03B08 version, which says it can be used by all revisions of this NAS model.

See the link below:

Who can help me? Some light on the horizon?
I confess I'm scared and sad about this situation until then my hard work perfect.

Send your unit to service. The disc data are OK, but NAS should be replaced... Sad but true.
