After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with support, they finally agreed that the unit is defective.  What a frustrating process and a complete and utter waste of time.  Now I have to pack up the product, uninstall my hardware/mounting, package the mess and go to the post office (where I will pay the postage).  All because of a faulty product that was not of my doing.  I will never buy another D-Link product.
