Speaker and Microphone quality?

Can anyone tell me how good are the speaker and microphone on this camera? I have several different dlink cameras, and the sound quality on most is poor. Except for the DCS-942L. I keep one of these in my office just for the great microphone and ability to plug in an external speaker. However I need something with higher video quality.
