Stopped getting email photes or videos

Running latest firmware.   I believe I was getting the email photos and videos after the firmware update but not 100% sure.   The email photos and videos stopped last week.  I do get Dlink_Mail_Center email alerts when motion or sound is detected but not the email with the photos or video.  I plan to remove the camera from MyDlink, reset it, and start from scratch, but before I do I wanted to see if there was any other advice, thanks
