Can't FTP out LAN

Hi

I can ftp within my home network (LAN) but fail to ftp outside it
I had port forward both 20 and 21 still can't

Anyone can advise?  :-[

What method of accessing your FTP are you using?

Ok I found the issue  ;)
I were trying to FTP using a public address with the LAN
I tried outside the LAN with the WAN address and it works
