i could understand that a new firmware may be buggy and cause router instability, but I dont understand how it makes sense that wireless signal strength and speed could decrease, unless they are doing it on purpose so we go out and buy new routers.
This company does this every time with every decent product, they somehow start off a product good, and they do some serious firmware modifications that handicap their products, and this is not the first time.
It has happened with my DI-624 rev c3, DIR-655 Rev A2, DIR-625 Rev C2.
