I would avoid doing any resets of the cameras. Cameras don't need to be reset with timers. Seems like there maybe something else causing your experiences then resetting the cameras with timers. If you need to reset the cameras, I would not do a 1 minute reset, try a 30 second reset. This really seems like if local connections are working or on site local user, then possible the links between the main host router and ISP service should be investigated now, regardless of when things had been working or not. I've had my camera online for days and days and I don't need to use any timers with it. Granted, I only have one camera.
