I have been scouring through the forums since last night, and I have an issue I cant seem to solve.

When I direct connect my computer to the router (tried different ports) my speeds get super throttled, as in 3-5 Mbps download and 0.04 upload on various speed tests. Wifi works on my laptop, another desktop gets full speeds, so I'm unsure of what the issue is. When the computer is directly connected to the modem I get download speeds close to 200 Mbps.

QoS doesn't have anything assigned to it.  Router is on the latests firmware (according to the self updater) 1.05ww, did a factory reset twice, Using all the latests cords and tried changing cords.
My ISP is Cox
Modem is a Netgear CM600

interestingly enough, last night I tried using a mac spoofer (Tmac) and I got full speeds. When I booted my PC up today though, speeds dropped back down. Tried spoofing and restoring mac multiple times, still slow speeds.

• What region are you located?
• Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?

• After doing a factory reset, walk thru the initial set up wizard and complete that setup. Be sure not to put any devices into the QoS sections. Leave it blanks and at default settings. Turn OFF ALL wireless and wired devices accept for one wired PC.

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

• Check ISP MTU requirements, Cable is usually 1500, DSL is around 1492 down to 1472. Call the ISP and ask. Link>Checking MTU Values

Router and Wired Configurations
Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Use IE, Opera or FF to manage the router. Be sure to log into the Admin account on the router.

• Enable or Disable Use Unicasting (compatibility for some ISP DHCP Servers) and test under Setup/Internet/Manual. Disable may help with speed performance on higher speed ISP services.
• Turn on or off DNS Relay under Setup/Networking. Link>Finding Faster DNS Addresses using Name Bench and input new DNS addresses under Setup/Internet/Manual.
• Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices ON the router. Setup/Networking. This ensures each devices gets its own IP address when turned on and connected, eliminates IP address conflicts and helps in troubleshooting and maintain consistency for applications that need to connect as well as mapped drives.
• Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
• If IPv6 is an option on the router, select Local Connection Only under Setup/IPv6.
• Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP under Advanced/Firewall. Enable or Disable SPI to test.
• Enable uPnP and Multi-cast Streaming under Advanced/Networking. Disable uPnP for testing Port Forwarding rules. Enable IPv6 Multi-cast Streaming for routers that have a Media Server option. Disable IPv6 Multi-cast Streaming if IPv6 or Media Server is not being used.
• WAN Port Speed set to Auto or specific speed? Some newer ISP modems support 1000Mb so manually setting to Gb speeds can be supported by the router. Advanced/Advanced Networking/WAN Port Speed

Located in North America,
Factory reset was performed before the most recent flashing of the D-link firmware on the d-link support site.

Nothing has been touched on the QoS page.

I have not tried disabling all other components, I will do a factory reset again, and try that.

Was using cox's speed tester, Speedof.me, and speedtest.net

MTU is set to auto, router works fine for all devices with exception to my main PC

router tries to auto set up dynamic IP, manually set static IP (no change)

DNS Relay enabled, will disable and report back.

Will set IPv6 to Local only.

uPnP and multi cast enabled.

Wan port speed set to 1000Mb

Yes, just one the one PC; however, when plugged directly into the modem I get full speeds. Which I would think rules out the ethernet cable and the ethernet card it uses.
Tried following the things I missed in the previous post. No change. I will try changing ethernet cords and try different slots on the router.

What platform is this one PC using? If other PCs are working, then possible this one PC has the issue.

Both wired PCs are using windows 7 x64.
Tried doing a 30/30/30 and even went to the system restore page and uploaded the newest firmware. Issue still persists.
Went into windows adapters and changed from automatic IP assign and DNS to manual, input correct data, issue still persists.

I'm quickly running out of ideas to try.

So one Windows 7 works and one does?
That is the Mfr of the network adapter on the one effected PC? Drivers all up to date?
This a desktop PC or Laptop?

The current connected devices are two windows 7(x64) Desktops, one Windows 8.1(x64) Laptop.
The laptop and one desktop get full speeds (150Mbps+) the desktop I used to set the router up does not get full speeds.
I think it has something to do with when I first set up the router, I included QoS for this computer. Like it never removed this computer from being registered from QoS despite the numerous system restores.

What is the Mfr of the network adapter on the one effected PC?
You might remove the drivers and uninstall the adapter on the one PC, then reinstall the drivers for it. Do this with the LAN cable disconnected then connect after the drivers are re-installed and a full reboot is performed on the PC.
Be sure any PC security software is disabled while speed testing.

If you have done a factory reset on the router then all configurations have been erased and nothing is kept in QoS. If the other PCs work and one doesn't then there maybe a problem with it's adapter possibly and maybe coincidental that the problem appeared for unknown reasons. Any chance you happen to have a spare PCI network adapter card to test with. Might be a valuable test to see if a different network adapter card works differently.

If other PCs are working and one isn't, I would look into the PC..

I removed the drivers, reset the pc, installed drivers still no dice.
The adapter is an Intel.

They are both intel. My roomate and I both have Asus motherboards.
I did swap cables. All four ports even.

Only other think I might try is to use a good working PC, download the FW file. Disconnect all other wireless and LAN accept for the one PC. Factory reset the router using the UI, manually upload the FW file, factory reset once more then set up from scratch and walk thru the set up wizard. Test the speeds. If the one PC is still effected, seems to be something with this one PC. Might try another 880L if you got this at a local store.

Yeah only my pc is affected, my roomates (also ASUS mobo) is fine.
The only other thing I can think of doing, is setting up my old router as a bridge and see if it still thinks my computer should have slow speeds.
