DNS-345 alternative ftp server Add-ons?

Please someone can tell me if there is any addon to make an alternative ftp server that comes by default the DNS-345?

The reason is that FTP clients do not work or do not finish connecting to ftp that comes by default the DNS-345, but if it does through browsers, so my question.
