get access to external hdd from nas?

Hi:
I have several external disks.
is posible to get access from nas to these disks in my internal network at home?
For example I have nas at 192.168.1.1 and I want to get access to hdd of pc ip 192.168.1.2 that is shared in w8.1

is posible to do this?
