How to close Port 1

when i go to GRC Shieldsup and scan ports i get one blue wicht mean is close but it fail the test, is Port 1, Name: tcpmux, Purpose:
TCP Port Service Multiplexer, does any one know how to complete steal that port

my router is Dlink 825 B1 last firmware
