Usage Graph

Why does the Usage graph display in % when mouseover.. And yet the y axis is in speed increments. ?
What does 61% represent when the listing is in 200k max. Or even 134% on 200k max ?

Can this be rectified please.


Also when using a radius server in conjuntion with the DFL, why wont the system disable the user when they are no longer in the system. Does the DFL cache this account information indefinately ?

Which graph are you looking at, the one I thought you meant has no mouse overs or tool tips.

Interfaces. When you select the Interface form the Dropdown. You get a graph come up.. Its that graph which needs to be Rectified

Which OS, Browser, and FW version are you running.  I don't get any mouse over or tool tip on that graph.

IE 7/8 Firefox. All of them... Just to be clear. This is under Interfaces, wan1. Then you get the graph. On mouse over you get a % on current / past usage for the last 24hours.

It is worth noting that I did not get a alt-text at all on OS X/Safari OS X/Firefox XP/Chrome or XP/IE8 (non compatability mode).

The alt-text is clearly in the source however, it is equal to the bars height in pixels (the graph is 103 pixels tall [and I believe it has 3 pixels of white space] so it just uses a 1%=1 pixel translation).  Since the graph is labelled as to its top speed then I would interpret your examples as follows.

61% * 200K = 122K
134% * 200K = 268K

That said, I would not trust this graph in any way, it is a rough guestimation and not meant for serious bandwidth monitoring.

That is how I interpreted the graph. just wanted it easier :) sometimes I just cant be figged working it out ;)
