Utility to control 30 to 50 Access Points DLink DIR-615A

Hello everybody! Does anyone guide me how to control 30 to 50 Access Points from one place?
Is there any utility to control many Access Points if they are up or down etc from one place.
By one place I mean at the same time monitor all Access Points.
Please guide me if you know how to do this.

This is D-Link's solution --> http://us.dlink.com/products/business-solutions/central-wifimanager-software-controller/ but you will need to buy specific access points.
