2750U wireless bridge mode
« on: July 03, 2018, 07:26:08 PM »

Hi All

I have been using my 2750U for past 2 years, all worked well.

Purchased a DSL-2877AL as i wanted dual band.

i am trying to set up the 2750U as a wireless bridge so that i can use the internet connection of the 2877AL and through the bridge, connect a security system by ethernet cable to the 2750U, which would then wirelessly connect to the DSL-2877AL and then to the internet.

i understand that it is doable, but i cannot seem to find the right settings to pck up the wirless signal.

can anyone give any guidance?

thanks.

Sorry, wireless bridge isn't possible on DSL modems.
I believe you can try using it in LAN to LAN AP mode is all:
Turning a router into an AP.
