I just tested mine, with file 932mb.

DNS-323 HW Ver: B1, Firmware: beta 1.08 build-5, RAID-1 (Seagate 1.5TB drives)

Reading: 23.897 mB/sec
Writing: 19.42 mB/sec

I still don't get where people get this 35mbyte/sec transfer times from...  My results as similar to what was in the previous linked test of the unit.  I can only assume that people are running RAID-0, which will dish up the 35mbyte/sec times.  I've never seen a published test with details of test methodology that comes anywhere close to those times with RAID-1.
