Constant restarts after return from factory

I just got a new/old refurb back from the factory as my original unit started to flake out, and this unit now constantly restarts every 1-3 minutes.  I can't even get the opportunity to change any settings in the router because it restarts before I can initiate anything.  This is straight from the factory!  I has the newest firmware out but has an older A1 hardware sticker which is weird.  I have researched and found older posts where people have turned off their wireless when this has happened, but I need wireless capability ofcourse.  Any resident experts that have heard of this before?

I also had an A1 version sent to me in February after my A3 version died.  Wish they would send you the version you paid for when it's replaced.  Do you have a cordless phone nearby?  This is a major factor with this router I find.  Do a hard reset by holding in the reset button, unplug and replug while continuing to hold the button in for 15 seconds.  This will allow you to access the configuration page.  Do not upgrade to the newest firmware.  If you have it, uncheck the DNS relay option and see if that helps.  This router has a very bad reputation now due to D-link dropping the ball on firmware and hanging customers out to dry.
