router loops to logon page
« on: October 10, 2009, 03:29:11 PM »

within the last year when I try and logon to my router, it loops back to the logon screen, but first this message flashes:
You will now be redirected to the logon page
If the logon page does not appear click this link

I can sometimes get lucky and stay on long enough to make a setting change, but then I usually have to try about three or four times in sucession.
Ok, you say why have I waited a year, well at first I just lived with it, but now I am finding that the router is effecting my dlink dsm-520.  My movies have started to freeze and hang.  I made direct connections to the router in all instances and even my workstation can't long onto the router the first time.  I am at the latest update for the router 1.9, before that it was workin great.  I eaither have to replae my DSM or my DGL, in any case I am losing confidense in the dlink product line and may have to support another brand.  any advice or solution?  thank you..

OK there is something majorly wrong with the wireless part of the router.  I am logged in the router for a moment and viewing the current page and it returns to the logon.  This ha been happening for the last year now.
Can someone "SUPPORT" perhps tell me , is this router dead or can it be saved.  I almost through out my DSM -520 because of this issue.. I would like to buy a new DGL-4300 but not if its going to fail again, I do not want to.  I am thinking of buying a furbished one, any comments.
