Any ideas for unerase/undelete for a 343?

I am using my 343 with Windows 7 as a JBOD array for a big bunch of media files. It works fine, except for the fact that I need to figure out a plan for the day that I inadvertently erase some important files or folders. None of the undelete programs I have tried are able to see the device. Has anyone found one that works with a 343? Alternately, is there some other strategy I might adopt to deal with this possibility?
Last question: What is the link to the Bittorrent program that one can install as an add-on to the 343?
