Cannot enable NFS add-on
« on: December 23, 2009, 09:34:17 PM »

I had it working once before but now everytime I try and enable it , I get a message - enable failed.

I have tried restarting, reinstalling the firmware, redownloading the add-on and reinstalling.

I am not sure what is going on.  A long time ago, I had tried installing fun_plug but since then I have run a script that deleted it, along with the ffp folder.

I am wondering what else I can do.  All the other add-ons work.

(I'm using 1.08b8)
I've tried using both firefox and IE.

did you try restting nas to defaults before AND after the upgrade?

I would definitly make sure fung plug is fully gone too.

That is my next step....

IF I reset to defaults, I won't lose all my data, right, just my configuration.

The data will be intact after a factory reset, you just have to configure the options and shares again.

Had to do this quite a few times to get it working.   I guess something was corrupted in my configuration so I had to totally start over.  It seems to be working now.

The nfs share seems to stop operating about five minutes after the DNS 323 reboots.  I reboot again and it shows up briefly.

Wish I knew what was wrong.
