Title: DIR-655 not working USB port function.

Anyone already resolve this issue. The router dir-655 is working properly but except for the USB function. Please advice.

Model: DIR-655
Hardware Version: A3
Firmware Version: 1.35NA

Did you install Shareport onto your computers?

What version is the Shareport software. There is a v4.00 out there.

Hi ra18ge,

Please note that only one computer, at a time, can access that share USB Port on the Router.

Is this the USB Port you are talking about or the port on your DNS-320 Storage Unit, which plugs into the Ethernet Port on the Router and has a USB Printer Port.

Or are you talking about the USB port on the Router? Only one computer can access USB Storage or your Epson Printer at a time.

I already disable the firewall on the computer and also in the router. I'm using Shareport v1.15.9. is that is the latest version? Can you send me the link where can I download the V4.00?

Im talking about the usb port on my router and I only try one computer to connect to the usb port on my router but still cannot access. I'm using Sharepoint v1.15.9. Please advice.

I can now access the usb function on my router using the Shareport V4.00.
