Anyone already resolve this issue. The router dir-655 is working properly but except for the USB function. Please advice.

What are you attaching to it?
Did you install Shareport onto your computers?

Be sure to disable 3rd party security programs like Firewalls as well while testing.
What version is the Shareport software. There is a v4.00 out there.

Please note that only one computer, at a time, can access that share USB Port on the Router.

Is this the USB Port you are talking about or the port on your DNS-320 Storage Unit, which plugs into the Ethernet Port on the Router and has a USB Printer Port.

Or are you talking about the USB port on the Router? Only one computer can access USB Storage or your Epson Printer at a time.

I already disable the firewall on the computer and also in the router. I'm using Shareport v1.15.9. is that is the latest version? Can you send me the link where can I download the V4.00?

Im talking about the usb port on my router and I only try one computer to connect to the usb port on my router but still cannot access. I'm using Sharepoint v1.15.9. Please advice.

You can find v4.00 under the DIR-827 additional resources. I'm currently using it on a Rev B 655 router. I'm not sure if a Rev A will work however it would be worth a try.

Have you un-installed the prior version and installed the v4.00 version?

Yup I un-installed the previews version of SharePoint before I installed the V4.00 version. Thanks again FurryNutz.
