I recently upgraded the firmware on my DCS5221 Cloud Camera and I can no longer view the live video. The camera's motion detection is still working (image capture and FTP works). I assumed it was related to the Java 8 issue being a Chrome user but I'm seeing the same problem under IE and on MyDlink Lite on my iPhone. Any help with this issue would be

- Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?

Try rebooting your camera and router. If that doesn't work, try downgrading to an earlier firmware using the web UI through your PC browser.

For clarification, the subject of this thread reads "DCS5221". Did you mean DCS-5222L?
