SharePort printer connection works when printing documents from Excel and Word but it will not print from websites. Actually it does print from websites but the output is garbage.
When I connect the printer directly to the computer, the printed output from websites works is correct. So I think that this means the problem is not with the printer but rather something to do with the SharePort utility.
I called D Link who, other than making sure that I had the latest driver version, had no other suggestions.
I have Windows7 64 bit and I did make sure that I opened the 64 bit exec file when extracting the driver files.
Any other suggestions?
