What happen if i connect a switch between the motorola to the dlink, and from the switch connect the NG.

You'd still not be able to communicate between the 825 and NG seamlessly.

Works now, I can see the network

Dlink 192.168.0.100
NG 192.168.0.50 for the IP statics conenct in the NG 192.168.0.3 gateway 192.168.0.100
DHCP off in NG
LAN to LAN

Now I ll try to add another NG Repeating function, I setup one router 192.168.0.110 dhcp on ( and the wireless repeating ) i didnt try yet.... do you think I ve to leave the dhcp on? comunication will be wireless.

I'd consult NG information if DHCP should be off or not. DLink routers can work with DHCP off in AP mode.
