I add a WNDR4000 all the devices in the WNDR4000 can ping the devices in the DIR-825 but not viceversa, also if i want explore the network only show the devices connected in the same router they dont go more...

Having 2 routers on the same network will probably cause connection issues since there is double NAT going on. Only one NAT is needed.

Which one is that main host router off the ISP modem? You may want to turn either one of the 2ndary into an AP: Turning a router into an AP.

modem motorola surfboard 6580 connect with the dir 825(by wire) and the wndr4000 connect with the dir 825, wndr4000 connect with the dir825 by the internet port.
all the devices have internet but the problem is i cant see the devices in the network, from the wndr4000 i can ping everything but from the dir825 i cant.
dir 825 ip 192.168.0.100 range ip 192.168.0.100 TO 192,168.0.199
WNDR4000 ip 192.168.1.10

WOW, so you know that you actually have 3 routers right? Your Motorola modem which is a good one, I have a 6180, stand alone modem, no router. So you have 3 NAT going on.

So your using 6580>825<>connected to LAN to LAN to NG 4000?

yes, but the motorola i activate dmz host to the router dir 625, i dont see the motorola gui more.

The NGs LAN IP address is 1.#. This may not NAT over to the 0.1 correctly. I would if your wanting to use the NG has a connection or wireless, I would turn it into a AP and use the LAN to LAN connection between the 825 and the NG router. This will in effect turn off the DHCP server on the NG and it will then get the .0.# address from the 825 pool and be on the same address pool and subnet. Then you should be able to get traffic back and forth between the 825 and NG routers with out to much problem.

What about if Im doing this

something curious I connect the Dlink lan port to the internet port in the NG, and the devices in NG can ping devices connected in the Dlink, but some device connected in the DLink cant ping devices in the NG.

Have you turned off all options on the NG? Like Firewalls and any filtering. The NG should be just a AP and act as a pass thru. If you need help with the NG, I'd recommend checking the Mfr site for any help with that.

You could try changing the DHCP IP address pool range as well.

more info I connected a computer with the dlink run ipconfig and ping

also this is the ng lan setup dhcp is uncheck, but the way i connect from dlink to ng is lan to wan

this is the NG setup for the wan Im not sure how can I disable the firewalls.

The IP address pool and the LAN to WAN connection is probably what is holding this up. I would not specify any IP address pool other than the defaul that comes on the 825 router. I think all you need to do is specify an new router IP address for the NG router, try 192.168.0.50. This is usually a default IP address for DLink DAP device and which I used at my place with 3 other devices that are set up as APs. Once you have the NG set up for this address, just connect the NG using it's LAN port to the 825s LAN port. Then you should be good.

Can I use in the Dlink the 0.100 ? because is the one I setup for the motorola to connect with the dlink, and also I have 4 devices connect with the NG with statics ips 192.168.1.3; 192.168.1.5 and the NG is setup like base station connect to another 2 routers NG.

Forgot you had the motorola, LOL

Use 192.168.0.2 for 825s router address, 0.50 on the NG. .0.100-.199 is default DHCP starting range on the 825.

You'll need to change from static to Automatic on the devices. Let the 825 hand out the IPs. I would even reserve the IPs on the 825.
