Ok, there is a FW update for your region, I recommend that you turn off all devices, accept for one WIRED LAN cable PC. Download the FW file from here:

Use IE or FF browser to do this.
Factory reset the router. Skip any set up wizards.
Apply the FW update file from the packed .zip file.
After the FW processes, do one more factory reset, then set the router up from scratch. Set wireless mode N only, WPA2/AES only, channel 11 or 13 then test the LT and the other devices.
