Is this router connected straight from the modem, or are there routers in front of it?
Did you set a static IP of the computer, and are you sure you a currently forwarding the ports to the right IP Address?
Did you open the ports on Windows Firewall (exceptions) of your computer?
I dont think having two routers, both using NAT is needed. Is there a reason you are running two? If possible can you just use one? I'm assuming you might be using the D-Link for wireless and perhaps the Asus is not wireless?
yes I would use the D-Link as an access point (disable it's DHCP server, static assign it a private IP in the same range as the asus network, and move the ethernet cable from the Asus to one of the 4 lan ports and not the internet port). This procedure should be on pages 10+11 "Connect to another router" in the product manual.http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=DIR-615&rev=DIR-615_revE
