Yes, you need to reserve (static) IP addresses on the router, not the devices. Use Gamefuel rules for multiple xboxes, don't use Port Triggering or Forwarding.
Heres what my gamefuel looks like:

I have 2 xboxes at .49 and .50. If I were to add more, then I would just increase the local IP range to include the new IP address that was reserved on the router, so example of .48 thru 50 and so on. My IP address range ends at .50. Just need to make sure that the multiple devices are all in the same sequence regarding IP addresses, i.e. .1,.2,.3,.4,.5 and so on so the Local IP Range will be inclusive to the addresses. If an IP address is out of sequence, say your devices are at .1,.2,.3 and .6 and you set the Local IP address Range to .1 thru .5, The device with the IP address of .6 won't be included in the range in game fuel and won't be under it's management. Seems kind of confusing however once you doing once or twice, you'll see that I'm talking about. This makes it easier later on down the road to add more or less.
The SAE and furrynutz are actual PCs that I've put in to show that you can put other devices under gamefule rules and it will help manage them as well should they be online at the same time as the xboxes. They can still get Internet and will not interfere with the gaming on xbox.

Let us know how it goes.
I'm going to update the sticky soon. Just got to get my *** in gear.
