Well have you called technical support?
Called? No. But I've opened two (three, counting today) cases via email. The first two ended the same way, with a request to upload a sample file that would demonstrate the problem. Both times, the sites given to upload to, refused even a 10 second clip of audio/video, as being too large. When I reported that back in both instances, I never heard anything back.
We'll see if this case fares any differently, but so far it's pretty disappointing.
