Hey again guys
Ahh I can't believe she switched to Windows. Don't get my wrong, Windows XP and 7 are alright. They have their pros. I use it at work all the time only because my company is too cheap to buy Macs. They're using Foxpro for all of our in-house software, which is crap IMO. I'd much rather have the office switch to OS X and have the developers use Objective-C. Then maybe we could pump out some iPhone/iPad apps for the staff to use
In any case, I didn't end up taking the router to work. Sunday night I ended up flashing OpenWRT Backfire on to my old Linksys router, and managed to get IPv6 configured on it, and BOOM, it worked. Phoned D-Link back today, explained that I got it working on another router, thereby taking the blame away from my modem, and they basically told me my product was defective. I think the entire 655 series is flawed. Not sure how it got its IPv6 certification, lol.
I took it back, spent more money and got an 825, and 5 minutes after I got it home, IPv6 is cooking exactly like it should! All is well in the world
Furry, I believe 10.6.8 should support IPv6. What were you settings on the 857? Take some screen shots if you can!
