OMG... what a ride.
The adjustments needed depend on your provider. In my case I had to change the port from 80 to 800 to get remote viewing. (Port 80 blocked by ISP to prevent web site hosting from your location).
Then I enabled port forwarding and uPNP on the camera web site. Access to camera only feasable through mobile devices (iPad, iPhone...) until yesterday.
Until Yesterday, the only access to PC based monitoring was using Firefox. A new plug-in seems to be in effect today (Uplayer) which resolves issues on all browsers.
Unless you have a background in networking, my hunch is that most will need tech assistance to go through the installation quirks.
