At last, what is the latest firmware for D-Link 320L , Ver: A3 ?
there is somw 2+ beta here in the forum, 1.06 official, I see people talking about 1.07?
Maybe this could help to get an IP...

What region are you located?
I think it would be your last resort to try a FW update. It may help. Seems that there is a problem between the LAN port of the DNS and your ISP modem/router. You were able to get connected with a static IP between the DNS and a PC so that tells me the DNS port is probably good. I presume there may a problem with your ISP modem/router.

If your in a EU region, v1.06 is the most current I see listed here:
