DSM-750... PlayOn Is Not Working

I have a DSM-750 and I have installed PlayOn and configured my user accounts for Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube.  I cannot get any videos to play from any source.  The following error message is displayed each time I try to play any video from PlayOn. 

This file format is not supported.

The file you have attempted to play is not supported. 
Please check the user manual for details of supported
file types.


The PC OS is Windows 7 Professional.  Windows Firewall is disabled and there is no anti-virus software running.  The DSM-750 has firmware version 1.02.09 running.

i saw this issue sometimes..

i got it resolved by:

1. turn off DSM 750
2. goto the machine that is running playon
3. check for playon updates -> install latest updates (optional but might be good to do)
4. stop the playon service
5. exit playon completely
6. Start playon
7. start service - if not started automatically
8. turn on DSM 750 and play

i got this to fix the issue 99% of he time.. playon service needed to be restarted
